- Group benefits plan design and market comparisons
- Plan implementation and employee onboarding
- Ongoing support for claims, renewals, and plan modifications
- Coordination with insurers and third-party administrators
- General insurance-related education and recommendations
We act as an intermediary and advisor, not as an insurer. Final underwriting and claims decisions rest with the insurance provider.
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and timely information for quoting and plan setup
- Review documents and decisions prior to implementation
- Notify us of any business or employee changes that may impact the plan
- Ensure compliance with CRA and employment legislation as applicable
We collect and store personal and business data for quoting, advising, and servicing your plan. All information is handled in accordance with Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
We will never sell or share client data without consent.
Our services are generally compensated through commissions paid by insurers. If fee-based arrangements are applicable, they will be outlined in writing and agreed upon prior to services being delivered.
You may terminate your engagement with us at any time. We may also terminate our services with reasonable notice, especially in cases of:
- Non-cooperation
- Misrepresentation
- Failure to follow regulatory requirements
While we strive to provide accurate and timely advice, we are not liable for:
- Insurer delays or errors
- Changes in legislation or policy decisions by carriers
- Indirect or consequential damages arising from benefit plan outcomes
- Clients are responsible for reviewing insurer documentation and ensuring ongoing compliance with CRA, employment, and insurance regulations.
